The Randall Lakes Area Clinic is located just east of
the intersection of US Highway 10 and MN State Highway 115 at 250 White
Oak Drive in Randall. The clinic phone number is 320-749-2877.
Randall Lakes Area Clinic is a service of St. Gabriel's
Hospital in Little Falls. St. Gabriel's Hospital is a Critical Access Hospital
(CAH) and is accredited by the Joint Commission for the Accreditation of
Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO).
St. Gabriel's Hospital is owned and operated by Catholic
Health Initiatives, a Denver-based health care system with more
than 70 hospitals and another 30 long-term care and residential facilities.
It is part of Unity Family Healthcare (UFH) located in Little
Falls. The other UFH facilities include: Albany Area Hospital &
Medical Center, an acute care Critical Access Hospital; St.
Otto's Care Center, a long-term care and rehabilitative facility;
St.
Camillus Place, a home for adults with developmental disabilities;
and Alverna Apartments, a senior independent-living housing
complex.

Hours:
The clinic is open Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays
from 8 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. Walk-in appointments welcome. Messages can
be left after regular business hours by calling 749-2877.
Services available:
The Randall Lakes Area Clinic has the capabilities to
care for most primary care health needs (illnesses, minor injuries,
etc.). In addition, the following are some services available:

Prescription Services:
Free same-day prescription delivery is available through
Coborn's Pharmacy in Little Falls. Next day mail delivery of prescriptions
is also available from other pharmacies in Little Falls and the surrounding
area (a handling fee may be added).
Staff:
Michelle Dahlberg, PA-C, ATC
Michelle
is a board-certified physician assistant and certified athletic trainer.
She is the primary care provider at the Randall Lakes Area Clinic
and is on the medical staff of Family Medical Center, a multi-specialty
clinic based in Little Falls with staellite clinics in Pierz and Randall.
Michelle earned her Bachelor of Science degree in athletic training and
psychology from South Dakota State University in Brookings and holds a
Master of Arts in Kinesiology from the University of Minnesota.
She completed her physician assistant training through
Augsburg College in Minneapolis and was recently re-certified as a physician
assistant, which involves passing a comprehensive written exam.
Terry Witt, LPN, is
a licensed practical nurse and serves as th eprimary nurse at the Randall
Lakes Area Clinic. Terry has more than 30 years of experience in health
care having served as the nurse for general and orthopedic surgeons, a
foot surgeon (podiatrist) and in the specialty outreach clinics at St.
Gabriel's Hospital. In addition to her clinical expertise and experience
(triaging phone calls, assisting health care providers with treatment and
follow-up), she's also adept at completing Worker's Compensation and other
insurance authorizations and assisting patients with their insurance verification
and authorization needs. Terry is also responsible for processing lab work
at the clinic.
Louise Block is a certified nursing assitant, a certified
home health aide and has completed a variety of courses related medical
insurance authorization and verification. She has previously served as
a human services technician for the State of Minnesota and worked with
Mille Lacs Health System in Onamia. Louise is the receptionist for the
Randall Lakes Area Clinic with responsibilities for scheduling appointments
and patient registration.
James Gehant, MD, family practice physician.
Dr. Gehant is board-certified by the American Board of Family Practice
and is responsible for overseeing the medical care provided at the Randall
Lakes Area Clinic.
